Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Convorium Pro. If it does not work for you, email yirinhana@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email or license key and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Yearly plans can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Renewals may be refunded if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge.

Refunds are processed through Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Once refunded, the license key is deactivated.
